From the first snap to the final whistle, Pasadena Flag Football is all about great competition, positive coaching, and the joy of playing the game. Players can look forward to exciting matchups, opportunities to develop their skills, and recognition that celebrates both individual achievement and teamwork. And for families, we're creating a welcoming community where game day is just as much fun on the sidelines as it is on the field.

A DIVISION FOR EVERY PLAYER
Our seven grade-based divisions, including five coed divisions and two all-girls divisions, are designed to create fair, competitive matchups while giving every player the opportunity to learn, grow, and enjoy the game.
Whether your child is brand-new to football or already loves to compete, there's a place for them here.
Girls in grades 3–8 can choose to play in an all-girls division or the coed division appropriate for their grade.

Game formats and rules are tailored to each age division to support player development, fair competition, and a great experience for everyone.
ROOKIES
Pre-K - K | Co-Ed
Big fun for our littlest players! Shorter, age-appropriate games introduce football fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence while keeping the focus on fun.
JUNIORS
1st - 2nd grade | Co-Ed
Building skills, learning the game, and discovering the excitement of competition through age-appropriate rules and positive coaching.
MAJORS
3rd - 4th grade | Co-Ed
The game gets more exciting! Quarterback rushing is introduced, adding a new layer of strategy as players develop their skills and game awareness.
PROS
5th - 6th grade | Co-Ed
Faster-paced competition with more advanced strategies, stronger execution, and an emphasis on teamwork and skill development.
LEGENDS
7th - 8th grade | Co-Ed
Our most advanced division, bringing together competitive matchups, strategic play, leadership, and teamwork.
GIRLS RISING
3rd - 5th grade
A place for young female athletes to build their skills, grow their confidence, and experience the excitement of flag football. Players can choose to compete in this all-girls division or in the coed divisions.
GIRLS ELITE
6th - 8th grade
Designed for girls ready to elevate their game, sharpen their skills, and compete with confidence. Players can choose to compete in this all-girls division or in the appropriate coed division for their grade.

GAME-READY GEAR
A team uniform and flag football belt with flags for every player.
SIX REGULAR SEASON GAMES
Six scheduled games with opportunities to compete, develop skills, and build team chemistry.
PLAYOFFS FOR EVERY TEAM
Every team advances to the postseason, playing at least one playoff game.
PLAYER RECOGNITION
Weekly Player of the Week honors and end-of-season awards based on player statistics and coach and player votes.
MOST IMPROVED PLAYER
Each coach recognizes one player on their team for growth during the season.
ROOKIE TROPHIES
Every player in our youngest division receives a trophy to celebrate their season.
